Our survey study focuses on primary study in which we conduct landline phone, cellphone, or online surveys to obtain customers or general public’s perception about (1) an organization in general and its products/services in particular, (2) the competitive standing among its major competitors, and (3) the recollection of marketing campaign program. The analysis is also broken down into major service regions and demographic groups for a drill-down analysis. These studies are multi-year in nature, allowing the client to observe the longitudinal pattern. Our clients use the survey analysis result in their annual board meeting for strategic review and revision.
