Prudentia (Latin) means knowledge, wisdom, or foresight. Our mission is to help business leaders identify meaningful use of their data in making evidence based decisions. This decision approach fuses analytical insight with managers’ tacit knowledge .
Our Approach – Structure, pattern, perspective
Decision making neglecting data is like driving a car without a dashboard. Decision making absorbed by numbers is like driving with a GPS but no windshield view.
We adopt an iterative approach where quantitative results generate conversation, creating the next cycle of analysis and brain-storming. This problem solving approach bares the same spirit as Deming’s Plan-Do-Check-Act continuous improvement cycle. We implement this approach for our internal processes and assist our clients on adopting the approach for their decision processes.
